Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi street food especially the variety of chaat is incomplete without the addition of chaat masala. This recipe is from my mother who used to make this masala mix and we are addict to this flavor so we don't like to take ready-made masala from grocery stores. Now I am also using the same recipe and making at my home and everybody loved the flavor.
